Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Night Shift Project Safety Supervisor to oversee renovation, construction and maintenance activities after hours.

You will coordinate with project managers, contractors and vendors to ensure safe, on-time delivery while meeting budgets and quality standards. The role requires OH&S certification, WAH training and OFA certification, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation or building maintenance.
• At least 1 year of experience in workplace safety management and/or renovation project supervision.
• Occupational Health and Safety certification or equivalent.
• Working at Height (WAH) training and valid Occupational First Aid (OFA) certification.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety regulations and construction site practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee renovation, construction and maintenance projects carried out during night shifts.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, vendors and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with approved timelines, budgets, quality and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, identify potential hazards and implement appropriate safety measures.
• Review project drawings, scope of work and material submissions to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, ISO 45001 standards and company policies.
• Lead night-site meetings and prepare relevant documentation, including progress reports, photographs and meeting minutes.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues, escalating concerns to management when necessary.
• Provide daily project updates and handover reports to the day team and management.
