Job summary

Revup Proservices Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee M&E systems, security, and carpark operations across a busy estate. You will supervise maintenance technicians, oversee security personnel, manage vendor contracts, and coordinate with the Finance team on payments while ensuring compliance with safety and statutory requirements.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building/Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
• At least two years' experience in building, facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of M&E systems to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and high standards.
• Co-develop and implement fire emergency response plans, conduct fire safety audits, and manage security surveillance and carpark facilities.
• Supervise maintenance technicians in daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities for common areas.
• Oversee security officers for daily operations, including duty rosters and adequate manpower.
• Handle requisitions for M&E equipment and parts; address complaints related to M&E services.
• Manage safety and security equipment requisitions; investigate incidents and follow through on actions.
• Oversee tendering, evaluation, and management of service or term contracts for maintenance and fire safety.
• Assist AEI project planning and implementation.
• Coordinate with Finance on vendor payments and related administrative matters.

Full Time Position

Duties

• Conduct regular inspections of the building's mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and adherence to high operational standards. Manage service contractors to maintain optimal building performance.


• Co-develop and implement fire emergency response plans, conduct fire safety audits, and manage the maintenance of security surveillance systems and carpark facilities to ensure the highest levels of safety and security.


• Supervise maintenance technicians in carrying out daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring effective management of property and common areas.


• Oversee security officers in their daily operations, including security and carpark management. Review and approve duty rosters to ensure adequate manpower coverage.


• Handle requisitions for M&E equipment and parts. Address and resolve complaints related to M&E services.


• Manage requisitions for safety and security equipment. Investigate incidents or complaints related to fire safety and building security, and follow through on necessary actions.


• Oversee the full process of tendering, evaluation, recommendation, administration, and management of service or term contracts related to maintenance and fire safety.


• Assist in the planning and implementation of Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI) projects as required.


• Coordinate with the Finance department on vendor payments and related administrative matters.
