Job summary

Jardine Engineering Singapore Pte td is seeking a skilled Facilities Management Supervisor to oversee day-to-day FM operations in commercial buildings in Singapore. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support day-to-day facilities management operations of commercial buildings.
• Supervise technicians and contractors for preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of M&E building services.
• Monitor operation and condition of ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing and Sanitary systems and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Conduct routine building inspections and follow up on faults and outstanding maintenance.
• Attend to M&E faults and coordinate troubleshooting and rectification.
• Assign and monitor daily maintenance activities ensuring schedule compliance.
• Supervise contractors and service providers ensuring safety and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate maintenance, repair, replacement and shutdown works with minimal disruption.
• Liaise with clients, tenants, contractors on operations and maintenance matters.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, service reports, and work orders.

Job Description

• Supervise and support the day-to-day facilities management operations of commercial building(s) to ensure smooth and reliable building operations.

• Supervise technicians and contractors in carrying out preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of M&E building services.

• Monitor the operation and condition of building systems, including ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing and sanitary systems and Building Management Systems (BMS).

• Conduct routine building and equipment inspections and follow up on faults, defects and outstanding maintenance works.

• Attend to M&E faults, breakdowns and service requests and coordinate timely troubleshooting and rectification.

• Assign and monitor daily maintenance activities and ensure works are completed according to schedule and operational requirements.

• Supervise contractors and service providers and ensure works are carried out safely and in accordance with required standards and procedures.

• Coordinate maintenance, repair, replacement and shutdown works while minimising disruption to building operations and tenants.

• Liaise with clients, tenants, contractors and service providers on operational and maintenance matters.

• Monitor maintenance schedules, service reports, work orders and other facilities management records.

• Support emergency response and incident management for building-related operational issues.

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements, company procedures and applicable statutory requirements.

Job Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Management or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant facilities management or building maintenance experience, preferably in commercial buildings.

• Hands‑on experience in the operation and maintenance of commercial building M&E systems.

• Good working knowledge of ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing and sanitary systems and other building services.

• Experience supervising technicians, contractors and day‑to‑day maintenance activities.

• Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance, fault troubleshooting and breakdown response.

• Able to work effectively in an operational commercial building environment and respond promptly to building and tenant‑related issues.

• Good supervisory, coordination and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of the facilities management team.

• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
