Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Centre Manager to support the Asset Manager in coordinating all portfolio activities. You will oversee operations for a mixed development building, ensuring compliance, inspections, and timely resolution of tenant needs.

You will lead a sizable onsite team, manage budgets, rent collection, and reporting while applying CBRE RISE values. This role emphasizes collaboration, process adherence, and proactive problem solving in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Min 8-10 years of experience managing a team in a Mixed Development Building.
• Ability to manage a large onsite team including executives, officers and technicians.
• Understanding of procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze solutions using technical experience to apply judgment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Confirm services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contracts.
• Ensure regular property inspections occur and approve alterations or maintenance.
• Respond to escalated tenant needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and walk-throughs with the tenant improvement team.
• Collect rent and pay expenses per lease terms; prepare legal notices as needed.
• Forecast management plans and prepare monthly performance reports; explain variances.
