Job summary

Straits Retail Property Management Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Manager for Paragon to oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring safety and high service standards.

Responsibilities include supervising service providers, handling procurement, conducting inspections, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to maintain smooth mall operations. A diploma or degree in Facilities Management or related field is required, with 2–4 years of FM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Estate Management or related discipline.
• Registered ECO(SP) is an added advantage.
• 2–4 years of facilities management experience.
• Experience in retail mall, commercial building or high-traffic environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations for the mall and ensure clean, safe and well-maintained premises.
• Manage service providers and contractors, supervise term contractors, and review performance and service quality.
• Handle procurement and vendor sourcing, prepare scopes of work, and assist with vendor evaluations.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, back-of-house spaces, toilets, car parks and service corridors; record defects and coordinate rectifications.
• Support incident and emergency management including investigations and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (operations, leasing, marketing, security, tenants) and provide timely updates.
• Maintain documentation and prepare simple management reports.
