Job summary

FONDA GLOBAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Operation lead to organize and control the in-house team and appointed sub-contractors. You will collate technical specs, O&M documentation, and drawings, and compile maintenance programs from all sub-contractors.

You will manage emergency repairs, act as Authorized Person, and coordinate between subcontractors and vendors to ensure service delivery and safety compliance. Office location is Bukit Batok Crescent, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Facility Management or engineering discipline relevant to building services.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities operation within FM service providers.
• FSM/SCEM or related safety certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-house team and subcontractors; manage technical specifications, O&M docs, drawings, and maintenance programs.
• Provide technical support and act as Authorized Person for the site.
• Oversee facilities management contracts to ensure service delivery and contractual obligations are met.
• Prepare monthly reports and manage variations, budget, and approvals.
• Ensure health and safety management and PTW submission and risk assessments for all sub-contractors.
