Job summary

WESMECH ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to manage daily technical operations and coordinate facility upkeep. You will lead toolbox meetings, ensure WSH compliance and respond to fault calls while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and authorities to deliver timely maintenance work.

The role requires solid knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, strong communication, and the ability to prepare technical proposals and reports.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills applied in maintenance and operations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a facilities management context.
• Willingness to standby for emergency maintenance as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily technical operations and maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted facility performance.
• Lead daily toolbox meetings to enforce WSH regulations and safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to emergency fault calls during office hours and standby after hours.
• Liaise with clients, users, subcontractors, and authorities on maintenance issues and work requests.
• Prepare cost estimates, condition assessments and technical proposals for maintenance and ad hoc projects.
• Maintain inventory records, technical drawings and maintenance documentation.
• Prepare and submit completion certificates, monthly maintenance reports and progress claims.
