Job summary

Peak Engineering & Consultancy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance and the overall management of assigned buildings.

You will lead the facilities team, coordinate with service contractors and ensure budgets and SLAs are met to maintain safe, reliable facilities. The role requires experience in M&E systems, strong leadership and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Experience in managing building operations, M&E systems and service providers.
• CFME or GMM certifications are advantageous; FSM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations and maintenance.
• Manage service contractors and supervise the facilities management team.
• Monitor budgets, costs and SLAs to ensure value and compliance.
• Plan preventive maintenance and site inspections for reliability.
• Coordinate safety, risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
• Lead improvements and project work for facilities upgrades.
• Maintain documentation and client communications.
