Job summary

ARRAY ENGINEERING & FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a facilities specialist to support daily operations by coordinating the FM team and contractors, scheduling work, and resolving service issues promptly.

The role involves overseeing maintenance, cleanliness and security to keep facility operations optimal. You will coordinate multiple technicians and contractors, plan work schedules, monitor safety standards, and verify outsourced works before payment processing.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Property Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Min 3 years' experience in managing operation, maintenance, engineering, and/or project management of building services and facilities.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple contractors, stakeholders and operational matters simultaneously.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned building operations.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with good follow-up skills.
• Able to commerce short notice preferred
• Able to travel multiple job site

Responsibilities

• Support daily facility operations by coordinating the FM team and contractors, scheduling work, monitoring quality and safety, and resolving service issues promptly.
• Oversee daily maintenance, cleanliness, and security to ensure optimal facility operations.
• Coordinate FM team, Senior Technicians, Technicians, and contractors to resolve issues efficiently.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage work schedules for timely task completion.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices.
• Ensure works done for outsourced contracts are verified before completion of receiving function for payment processing.
• Conduct team meetings, maintain open communication, and address concerns.
• Prepare and verify activity, incident, and operational reports.
• To assist in the project management, including contract and procurement administrations for Addition and Alteration (A&A) projects;
• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, progress reports and project documentation(Tender, BOQ, contract etc)
