Job summary

C&W SERVICES (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a facilities manager to oversee day-to-day operations across a campus or multiple sites in Singapore.

You will supervise maintenance programs, ensure compliance with contracts and safety procedures, and manage budgets and reporting. The role requires a Diploma with relevant facilities management experience, strong communication, and ability to work independently. Qualifications

• Min Diploma with 3 years relavent experience in facilities management i commercial or induatrial real estate
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken
• Team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day facility operations, including janitorial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance per C&W policies and client directives; review contracts regularly and confirm invoices align with pricing
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior condition and appearance of properties
• Respond promptly to maintenance, cleaning and repair requests from occupants; implement ongoing contract programs to address issues
• Compile site documentation and reports (e.g., Property Information Book, Site Operating Manual, Emergency Procedures Manual, logs, invoices, contracts) as required
• Prepare budgets and financial reports (monthly/quarterly); manage contracts, expenditures and purchase orders for facilities
• Assist in developing capital budgets and a five-year maintenance and cost-reduction plan
• Collect, analyze and report statistics to support facility management objectives
• Maintain familiarity with management contracts, vendor agreements and related requirements
• Monitor tenant and vendor insurance compliance and coordinate related claims
• Proactively inspect facilities and report findings to the Facility Manager
