Job summary

CBRE Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a shift supervisor to coordinate daily team activities, schedule work, and assign tasks. You will serve as the main liaison between landlords, tenants, and service providers, ensuring procedures and reporting formats are understood and followed.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering with 5+ years’ experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
• Exceptional math skills; able to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set work schedules and assign tasks.
• Be the point of contact for escalated communications among landlord, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance and progress reports to management; suggest efficiency improvements.
• Design and oversee the cleaning and disinfection schedule for the building.
• Conduct market research and compare costs when evaluating new vendors.
• Track regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
• Resolve complex problems and identify approaches to meet team objectives.
• May establish new techniques to meet objectives.
• Impact team objectives and related teams; ensure customer objectives are met.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; guide the team through procedures.
