Job summary

Precious Homes Lengkok Bahru and Senja Nursing Home are seeking an Operations Executive to coordinate day-to-day activities across nursing, care, housekeeping, F&B, and support services to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality care.

You will develop and implement SOPs, monitor KPIs, manage resources, and liaise with internal teams and regulatory bodies to support MOH compliance and audits across both sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of operations experience; entry level considered for those with less experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities across nursing, care, housekeeping, F&B, and support services at both sites.
• Develop, implement, and improve SOPs related to resident care, infection control, safety, and facility management.
• Track operational KPIs (occupancy, staffing, attendance, incidents, audits) and prepare reports for management.
• Assist in resource planning, including staffing, inventories, and vendor coordination.
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Support MOH regulatory compliance, licensing, infection control protocols, and internal quality standards.
• Assist in audits, inspections, and quality assessments.
• Maintain accurate operational records and filing systems.
