Job summary

JLL is hiring on-site in Singapore for a facilities management engineer. The role focuses on maintaining mechanical and electrical systems, monitoring projects, and delivering accurate reports.

You will supervise technicians, manage procurement for technical services, and play a key part in achieving financial targets and service levels. Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree, have 3–7 years in facilities management, and are comfortable working in a diverse team, with IBMS/BMS familiarity

Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in engineering, ideally electrical or mechanical.
• Three to seven years of experience in facilities management.
• The ability to work as part of a diverse team, in leadership and individual contributor roles.
• Familiarity with IBMS/BMS alarm management and maintenance modules is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Uphold excellence in preventive maintenance programs and conservation practices.
• Monitor M&E projects with the building manager for quality and on-time delivery.
• Deliver complete facility management reports consistently.
• Supervise technicians and sub-contractors, ensuring safety and quality.
• Provide facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services to the client.
• Contribute to meeting financial targets and service level agreements.
• Ensure 24-hour emergency support as the first responder in related processes.
