Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager in Singapore to lead day-to-day Integrated Facilities Management operations, ensuring a safe and high-performing workplace. You will oversee improvements, coordinate essential systems, and manage vendor relationships to deliver excellent service.

The role requires 3-5 years of FM/IFM experience, strong stakeholder skills, and hands-on experience with SAP and Corrigo. You will be a proactive problem solver in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant Facilities Management/IFM experience, preferably in corporate/multinational environments.
• Proven experience independently managing site operations and day-to-day facilities requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IFM operations to maintain safe, compliant workplaces across office areas.
• Oversee vendor services (cleaning, security, utilities) and support vendor selection and performance reviews.
• Manage facility systems and financial workflows, including SAP shopping carts and work orders in Corrigo.
• Implement and manage Preventive Maintenance to ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide 24/7 emergency response support and clear escalation procedures.
• Act as liaison between clients, vendors, and internal JLL teams for onboarding and readiness.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies and site inductions.
• Develop and coach onsite facilities team to foster a high-performing, customer-focused environment.
