Job summary

Qualifications

• Reliable and detail-oriented with good observation skills.
• Able to conduct routine facility inspections.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CCTV systems.
• Strong reporting and communication via messaging apps.

Responsibilities

• Set up and check the computer at the start of each shift.
• Ensure CCTV cameras are operational and functioning properly.
• Report faults, technical issues or abnormalities immediately.
• Collect the daily newspaper from MA Office.
• Scan and submit the Daily Handover (HOTO) Form checklist.
• Photocopy completed HOTO forms for facility records when required.
• Respond to inquiries from the MA Office and provide assistance.
• Conduct routine inspections of common facilities, particularly during 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM.
• Check for defects, damages, irregularities, or maintenance issues.
• Take photographs of any findings for reporting purposes.
