Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Facilities Assistant to support the upkeep of Authority compound and equipment in Singapore.

You will inspect work progress, provide feedback to Operations Managers, accompany MOE Term Contractors for inspections and maintenance, and assist with logistics for Authority events.

This role also covers any ad-hoc duties assigned by Operations Managers, Vice-Principals or Principal, contributing to smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in general upkeep of Authority compound & equipment;
• Inspect work progress & provide feedback to Operations Managers;
• Accompany MOE Term Contractors for inspections & maintenance/repair works;
• Provide logistical support for Authority events and functions;
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Managers, Vice-Principals or Principal.
