Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY is seeking a Security Officer to monitor CCTV, manage access control at command centres and project sites, and perform mobile patrols in Singapore. You will screen staff and passes, maintain incident logs, and ensure security standards are upheld across multiple locations.

The role requires a valid PLRD Security Officer License – SSO grade or above and WSQ Remote Surveillance Function certification, plus 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Valid PLRD Security Officer License – SSO grade or above.
• WSQ Perform Remote Surveillance Function certification.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Normal colour vision and medically fit for shift work.
• Willing to work rotating shifts (4 shifts per week) at construction sites across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and perform control room duties at command centre / project sites
• Conduct mobile patrols, site visits, and guardhouse duties
• Operate clocking points, turnstiles, vehicle barriers, and access systems
• Screen baggage and personnel; check staff, boarding, and entry passes
• Maintain records of incidents and daily activities
• Guard and patrol installations to ensure safety and security standards are met
• Perform other security-related tasks as assigned
