Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd invites applications for a proactive Facilities & Office Services Executive to support safe, efficient and reliable operations across the workplace.

The role covers facilities operations, safety, security, vendor coordination and office services, with hands-on problem solving and project support. You’ll coordinate maintenance, inspections and contractor works while ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and/or workplace operations.
• Experience supporting facilities operations within a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with WSH requirements, workplace inspections, risk assessments and emergency preparedness activities.
• Exposure to procurement, vendor management, quotation evaluation, contract administration or invoice processing is beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for office facilities and building systems.
• Manage facilities‑related issues including air‑conditioning, electrical services, lighting, access control, CCTV, and fire protection systems.
• Conduct workplace inspections and follow through on maintenance issues to closure.
• Support office refurbishment, renovation, relocation and workplace improvement projects.
