The Garcha Group, Singapore’s boutique hotel group, invites an experienced Facilities/Property Operations professional to oversee day-to-day operations of residential property assets across our venues. You will manage common areas, coordinate contractors, and ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.

Role involves on-site leadership of engineering and facilities teams, budget planning, and continuous cost optimization while maintaining high standards for guest comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC in Facilities Management or Diploma in Integrated Facility Management required or equivalent
• Marriott Global System knowledge is highly preferred
• For Officers: at least 1 year of relevant experience in strata-titled residential property management
• For Executives: at least 3 years of relevant experience in strata-titled residential property management
• Team player with good communication skills
• Able to adapt to a flexible working environment
• Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA) is an added advantage

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of residential property
• Ensure effective management of common areas through routine checks
• Assist the team to support daily operations
• Conduct on-site checks and manage development works by contractors to specification and schedule
• Engage service providers, manage contracts and performance
• Obtain quotations and manage maintenance schedules and invoicing
• Attend meetings with developers, MCST and prepare minutes/reports
• Prepare and submit annual budget and recommend maintenance fund contributions
• Ensure compliance with BMSMA, laws and company policies
• Oversee M&E, air conditioning, plumbing and related systems and control costs
