Job summary

The Garcha Group in Singapore is seeking a proactive Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to ensure our boutique hotels operate smoothly and safely. You will oversee repair work, supervise contractors, manage M&E systems, and implement cost-saving measures while upholding high standards of guest comfort.

The role requires hands-on problem-solving, strong organization, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects across Maxwell Reserve, The Vagabond Club, and The Serangoon House.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and facilities coordination experience preferred.
• Ability to inspect buildings and determine repairs.
• Experience with M&E, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review facilities with attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Troubleshoot and fix air conditioning, plumbing, humidity, and M&E issues.
• Coordinate all installations, repairs and refurbishments.
• Manage upkeep of buildings, equipment and supplies for safety.
• Obtain quotations and monitor utilities to minimize costs.
• Supervise facilities staff and external contractors.
• Maintain records and trackers; handle management requests.
