Job summary

The Garcha Group in Singapore is hiring to manage and oversee day-to-day operations of our residential properties and common areas. You will coordinate service providers, supervise contractors, attend meetings, and prepare budgets and reports to ensure timely and compliant delivery of maintenance works.

Ideal candidates hold a Higher NITEC or Diploma in Facilities/Real Estate Management, with 1–3 years of strata-titled property management experience, strong communication, and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC in Facilities Management or Diploma in related fields.
• For Officers: at least 1 year of strata-titled residential property management experience.
• For Executives: at least 3 years of strata-titled residential property management experience.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of residential property.
• Ensure effective management of common areas through routine checks.
• Assist the team to support daily operations.
• Conduct on-site checks and manage development works by contractors to schedule.
• Engage service providers, approve agreements, and monitor performance.
• Prepare minutes, reports, quotations, and invoices for meetings.
• Prepare annual maintenance budgets and fund contributions.
• Ensure compliance with BMSMA and relevant laws.
