The Garcha Group, Singapore's boutique hotel group, is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations across its properties. You will ensure timely communication of room status to Front Desk, coordinate with Engineering on maintenance needs, and supervise daily cleanliness schedules across guest areas.

You will lead staffing plans, manage departmental costs, respond to guest issues, and drive service quality while upholding SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Managing Housekeeping Operations: Ensures guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner.
• Plan the staff needs to support the team
• Managing Departmental Costs: Participates in cost management to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
• Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service: Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints, aims to improve service performance, empowers staff to deliver excellent service.
• Conducting Human Resources activities: Participates in investigations, staffing, performance reviews, training and disciplinary procedures.
• Management Competencies: Leadership, Adaptability, Communication, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Professional Demeanor, Managing Execution, Building and Contributing to Teams, Driving for Results
