Job summary

The Garcha Group, Singapore’s boutique hotel group, invites applications for an Engineering/Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our premium properties. You will manage common areas, coordinate with contractors, and ensure maintenance aligns with brand standards across Maxwell Reserve, The Vagabond Club, and The Serangoon House.

Ideal candidates bring strong facilities management experience, Marriott or luxury-hospitality exposure, and leadership skills to drive efficiency,

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or diploma in facilities/hospitality management is preferred.
• Experience with strata-titled residential property management is beneficial.
• Marriott Global System knowledge is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of residential property and common areas.
• Conduct site checks and manage development works with contractors.
• Oversee service providers, contracts, and performance.
• Prepare annual maintenance budgets and review quotations and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with BMSMA and local regulations while safeguarding assets.
• Supervise engineering staff and ensure preventive maintenance programs.
