Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore East seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee warehouse and office facilities, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, cost-effectiveness, and landlord/contractor management. You will lead facility projects and sustainability initiatives.

You will handle day-to-day operations of M&E systems, fire safety, and statutory compliance, while managing budgets, coordinating with internal teams, and driving ESG reporting and asset management for optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management within warehouse, logistics, industrial or commercial environments.
• Good working knowledge of building and M&E systems.
• Sound understanding of fire safety, workplace safety and statutory compliance.
• Knowledge of energy and water management and sustainability initiatives.
• Strong vendor, contractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage projects, budgets and multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility operations and M&E systems (ACMV, electrical, lifts, dock equipment, fire protection, BMS), including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure fire safety and statutory compliance, including Fire Certificate, inspections, drills, licence renewals and insurance risk requirements.
• Manage contractors and service providers, from scope of work and quotation review to Permit-to-Work compliance and performance monitoring.
• Lead facility projects such as A&A works, renovation, reinstatement and equipment replacement through to handover.
• Manage facility CAPEX and OPEX budgets, forecasting and cost control.
• Liaise with landlords and internal teams (Operations, Procurement, Safety, Security, IT) to minimise operational disruption.
• Drive energy, water and sustainability initiatives, including ESG data reporting and BCA Green Mark support.
• Maintain facility records, contracts, inspection reports and asset information.
