REGIONAL ENERGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily maintenance and operations of the warehouse and office facilities in the East of Singapore.

You will coordinate external contractors for M&E servicing, cleaning, and security, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on facility management experience, a relevant Diploma, and strong vendor management.

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing industrial/commercial facilities.
• Fire Safety Manager certification is highly desirable.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities; able to respond to after-hours emergencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and supervise external contractors performing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) servicing, cleaning, and security services.
• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, identify structural or equipment faults, and schedule prompt repairs.
• Assist in budget planning, tracking facility expenses, and processing contractor invoices.
• Ensure the building complies all statutory regulations, fire safety codes, and environmental standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in managing industrial or commercial facilities.
• Possession of a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification is highly desirable.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capable of responding to after-hours facility emergencies if required.

WORK ARRANGEMENTS

Full-time, permanent employment.

44 hours per week.

Working pattern: Regular Hours.

Location: East of Singapore.
