Job summary

Ambition is seeking a seasoned facilities leader to oversee APAC office operations, security, maintenance and day-to-day employee needs. You will ensure safety, compliance and efficient building management across multiple sites.

Lead space planning, renovations and budgeting with senior management, coordinating with building owners and vendors to keep all systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in maintenance supervision or related facilities management field.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, business management or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical infrastructure, power distribution, UPS, plumbing, HVAC and other building systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for all office matters, managing the relationship with building management and vendors.
• Oversee building operations, security, maintenance and cleaning, keeping all building systems running efficiently.
• Ensure safety, statutory compliance, utility inspections and emergency preparedness are in place.
• Lead space planning, renovations and facilities budgeting, working with building owners and senior management.
• Provide facilities oversight across APAC offices, handling routine repairs, supplies and day-to-day employee needs.
