Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an education in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Internship must be part of academic requirements in Singapore (credit bearing).
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities Manager/Executive in overseeing daily site operations
• Support the delivery of maintenance services at a designated client site
• Help respond to service-related issues and elevate building faults where necessary
• Assist in coordinating and supervising contractors on routine and ad-hoc works
• Participate in site inspections and contribute to preventive maintenance planning
• Assist with sourcing quotations and following up on repair and replacement works
