Job summary

Frasers Property Limited is recruiting an Executive, Facilities Management for Frasers Tower on a 1-year contract in Singapore. The role leads a team to ensure safe, efficient operation of building services, M&E systems and facilities across the tower.

You will manage maintenance, budgeting, procurement, and regulatory compliance while coordinating tenant fit-outs and asset enhancement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma in Building Services or Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Ability to lead a team of Technical Officers and Technicians.
• Experience in building management including tenants’ liaison and A&A works.
• Knowledge of SAP, Ariba and AutoCAD is an advantage in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical Officers and Technicians to ensure safe and reliable operation of building services and M&E systems.
• Oversee maintenance, contractor and tenant works, budgeting, procurement, and compliance.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance and monitor energy consumption for cost efficiency.
• Coordinate tenant fit-out works, A&A, and handover/takeover activities.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain maintenance records and statutory certificates.
