RecruitFirst is seeking a Property Operations / Facilities Management professional in Singapore to support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a large-scale property. You will work with the Property Management team, technicians, contractors and tenants to ensure the building is well maintained, safe and operating smoothly.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in facilities management, building services, engineering, or property management.
• Experience in property management or facilities management is advantageous.
• Experience managing contractors, technicians and service providers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple operational matters.
• Hands-on, proactive attitude in a fast-paced property environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor day-to-day property operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Oversee building maintenance and facilities services including M&E systems and common areas.
• Coordinate and supervise technicians, contractors and service providers.
• Conduct site inspections and identify defects or maintenance issues for improvement.
• Attend to tenants’ feedback and operational requests with timely follow-up.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works and follow up on issues.
• Coordinate upgrades, improvements and ad-hoc works with stakeholders.
• Support quotations, procurement and documentation for maintenance and project works.
• Prepare maintenance reports and ensure proper documentation of operations.
• Collaborate with Property/Facilities Management team on operational and technical matters.
• Assist in emergency response, incident management and other building-related activities.
