Qualifications

• 2+ years of working experience in managing escalators/lifts/air-conditioning.
• Background in M&E Engineering, Building, Building Management, Facilities Management, Building Services Engineering or Real Estate Management.

Responsibilities

• Involved in management and maintenance matters — inspections and taking over of new HDB commercial properties, processing of renovation applications, reinstatement works, vacancy maintenance, defects management, upgrading of commercial premises, monitoring progress schedules and incident reporting.
• Supervise the managing agent and follow up on all technical matters, including procurement and related matters.
