Clarist Resources Pte Ltd seeks a Facilities & Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of retail outlets and corporate offices in Singapore. You will perform preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs, and support day-to-day facilities activities to keep environments safe and well-presented.

The role requires an NITEC in electrical engineering and 1–2 years' facilities experience, with strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of facilities or maintenance experience, preferably in retail or commercial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and building maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for retail outlets and office facilities.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, and other building-related issues.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities and equipment are operating efficiently.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure maintenance works are completed to required standards.
• Monitor workplace safety and ensure compliance with safety procedures and risk control measures.
• Maintain fixtures, fittings, and store equipment to ensure optimal condition.
• Support installation and maintenance of LED lighting, display fixtures, POP, and in-store promotional materials.
• Process maintenance-related purchase requests and support facilities administration.

Leading travel retail organisation is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of its retail outlets and corporate offices. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-presented environment by delivering preventive maintenance, coordinating repairs, and supporting day-to-day facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for retail outlets and office facilities.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs for electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, and other building-related issues.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure facilities and equipment are operating efficiently.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure maintenance works are completed to required standards.
• Monitor workplace safety and ensure compliance with safety procedures and risk control measures.
• Maintain fixtures, fittings, and store equipment to ensure optimal condition.

Key Requirements

• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
• Valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate is an advantage.
• Willing to work across Changi Airport terminals and the Tampines office, with occasional overnight duties when required.
