Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for East Coast Loyang with 3-5+ years in facilities/building maintenance.

Role requires hands-on work with M&E, ACMV, electrical and building services, plus experience with BMS/ELV systems. Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 9am–1pm; team player who can operate independently. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring of systems, support for ELV and passenger information systems, and upkeep of workshop equipment

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of M&E, ACMV, electrical and building services.
• Experience with BMS/ELV systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E systems and equipment.
• Maintain ACMV, electrical, plumbing & sanitary, fire protection, lifts, lighting and PV solar systems.
• Monitor and maintain BMS, access barriers and automation systems.
• Support ELV systems including CCTV, PA, access management and passenger information systems.
• Maintain workshop and equipment such as EV chargers, cranes, skylifts, compressors, bus wash/refuelling systems and water treatment systems.
• Carry out general building maintenance including painting, plastering, door/furniture repairs and horticulture.
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Support ad-hoc maintenance works and ensure facilities/equipment remain safe and operational.
