Job summary
LOTTE Duty Free Singapore invites a proactive maintenance technician to join our facilities team at Changi Airport. You will perform preventive maintenance, manage contractors, and support installation projects to enhance customer experience across 18 retail shops and 2 corporate offices.
Responsibilities include lighting and electrical fault troubleshooting, safety assessments, and coordinating LED lighting or display installations.
Qualifications
- NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical or related discipline.
- 1–2 years relevant experience in office and retail store environment would be advantageous.
- FSM certificate preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain maintenance, housekeeping, and security across 18 shops and 2 offices.
- Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose electrical, lighting and plumbing faults.
- Oversee daily safety with risk assessments and controls.
- Source quotes and supervise vendors to meet standards.
- Investigate breakdowns to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
- Inspect fixtures to ensure reliability.
- Coordinate LED lighting and display installations.
- Process approvals for maintenance purchases.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
