Job summary

MCI Consulting Pte. Ltd. at Changi Airport seeks a capable maintenance technician to perform maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems and equipment.

You will ensure preventive and corrective maintenance per schedules and manufacturer recommendations, service warehouse automation, refrigeration, kitchen, packaging, washing, and waste systems, and support technical purchasing and vendor liaison to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance or technical experience.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP, and IT systems.
• Experienced in using industrial workshop equipment and welding tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works for facility systems and equipment.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out according to schedules, procedures, and manufacturer's recommendations.
• Maintain and service warehouse automation systems, material handling equipment, refrigeration systems, kitchen equipment, packaging machines, washing systems, and waste management systems.
• Manage technical purchase requisitions for spare parts, contracts, and services to support maintenance activities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to minimize equipment downtime.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and food safety requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices and a safe working environment.
• Support ad-hoc projects and technical assignments as required.
