Job summary

LOTTE Duty Free Singapore invites a proactive maintenance technician to join our facilities team at Changi Airport. You will perform preventive maintenance, manage contractors, and support installation projects to enhance customer experience across 18 retail shops and 2 corporate offices.

Responsibilities include lighting and electrical fault troubleshooting, safety assessments, and coordinating LED lighting or display installations.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical or related discipline.
• 1–2 years relevant experience in office and retail store environment would be advantageous.
• FSM certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance, housekeeping, and security across 18 shops and 2 offices.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnose electrical, lighting and plumbing faults.
• Oversee daily safety with risk assessments and controls.
• Source quotes and supervise vendors to meet standards.
• Investigate breakdowns to identify causes and prevent recurrence.

• Coordinate LED lighting and display installations.
• Process approvals for maintenance purchases.

Job Summary

Maintain and optimize the condition of retail shops and corporate offices at Changi Airport by performing preventive maintenance, managing contractors, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting installation projects to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of maintenance, housekeeping, and security across 18 retail shops and 2 corporate offices to maximize customer experience
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective actions on facility equipment, including troubleshooting but not limited to lightings, light boxes, elevators, robotic bar tender, electrical faults, water pipe etc.
• Oversee daily safety activities by implementing risk assessments and control measures to ensure a safe environment
• Source, compare quotations and supervise outsourced service providers to ensure repair and maintenance work meets company standards compliance with stipulated requirements and site upkeep
• Investigate and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to identify causes and prevent future occurrences
• Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and upkeep of fixtures to ensure operational reliability
• Support site measurements and coordinate installations of LED lighting panels, POP (Point of Purchase), ISP (In Store Promotion), and display panels
• Submit GLOB+ slips and obtain EP approvals for purchases or services related to maintenance operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management and superior

Requirements

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical or related discipline
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience within an office and retail stores environment would be advantageous
• Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety
• Valid FSM certificate preferred
• Working Location: Changi Airport 4 Terminals | Tampines HQ Office | Airport Office (T3)
• Working hours : 5 days work week based on rostered working hours that include weekend duties with Off in lieu
