Job summary

The Lentor Residence Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a facilities and maintenance support person to assist with troubleshooting and routine maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems.

You will handle installation, repair, rectification and replacement work, manage procurement of supplies, and liaise with vendors on site to ensure quality and compliance with statutory requirements. A certificate or diploma and about 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in a related field.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting faults related to mechanical and electrical equipment, infrastructure, engineering, building, etc.
• Attend to breakdowns and feedback.
• Assist in installation, repair, rectification, and replacement work
• Perform routine inspection and maintenance work
• Assist in procurement of supplies and parts
• Work with Nursing Department on their procurement needs and stock supplies
• Assist in managing inventory control of company assets, equipment, instrument, and tools
• Assist in ensuring quality standards of all services and systems, comply with the statutory requirements
• Perform general housekeeping activities
• Liaise with vendors / contractors and supervise their work on site

Education
