Job summary

MERLIN MD PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a maintenance technician to manage equipment operations, maintenance, and calibration in a cleanroom environment. You will interpret blueprints, replace defective parts, and assist with new equipment installation under GMP-like conditions.

Responsibilities include coordinating third-party servicing, maintaining documentation for control, and supporting R&D with validations as needed. Strong knowledge of MPIs and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

• Interpret equipment blueprints and perform preventive maintenance.
• Observe equipment in operation to troubleshoot and ensure proper function.
• Remove defective components and replace them with new ones.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts for equipment.
• Assist with assembly and installation of new equipment.
• Ensure equipment validation and calibration are completed on time.
• Ensure all mechanical/electrical equipment supporting the facility is maintained and functioning properly.
• Schedule servicing by third parties to maintain facility requirements.
• Complete and hand over service reports to document control.
• Assist R&D and Engineering with experiments and validations.

  • Removes defective components and replaces them with new ones.

  • Assists Engineering with assembly and installation of newequipment
  • Assists to ensure that equipment validation and calibration iscompleted on time.
