Job summary

Merlin MD Pte Ltd is seeking a maintenance professional to support equipment in a controlled cleanroom environment. You will interpret blueprints, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot operational issues, and replace defective components to keep machines functioning smoothly.

You will also manage spare parts inventory, assist with assembly/installation, and ensure timely validation and calibration of equipment, while coordinating with R&D/Engineering for experiments and validations.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a relevant role.
• Working knowledge of current industry practices.
• Conversant with Microsoft Office software.
• Knowledge of Medical devices Quality Management System.
• Familiarity with Cleanroom procedures.

Responsibilities

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Equipment Related:

• Interprets equipment blueprints.


• Completes preventive maintenance requirements.


• Observes equipment in operation to troubleshoot problems andensure the proper functioning of the machines.


• Removes defective components and replaces them with new ones.


• Maintains inventory of spare parts for equipment.


• Assists Engineering with assembly and installation of newequipment


• Assists to ensure that equipment validation and calibration iscompleted on time.

Facility Related:

• Ensures all mechanical/electrical equipment supporting thefacility is maintained and functioning properly. b. Schedules any servicingthat is required by 3rd party to maintain facility requirements.


• Ensures all documentation and service reports are completed andgiven to document control.
