Job summary

CERTIS CISCO MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Facilities Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and manage day-to-day building services and maintenance.

You will oversee electrical, mechanical and maintenance works, ensuring on-time delivery of projects and independent, resourceful work style. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Building Services / Engineering / FM / PM and have 2–3 years FM experience, with supervisory and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum a recognized Diploma in Building Services / Engineering / Facilities Management / Project Management.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in facilities management / building maintenance.
• Possess Supervisory Skills and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technician for all facilities management activities including controlling and implementing operations.
