Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and upkeep of office, warehouse, factory and common areas.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and identify defects and safety hazards.
• Coordinate and follow up on repairs, servicing and preventive maintenance works.
• Ensure air-conditioning, lighting, plumbing, electrical systems, doors and other facilities are in good condition.
• Coordinate maintenance of equipment (water dispensers, water filters, coffee machines).
• Liaise with contractors, vendors and service providers for maintenance and site visits.
• Obtain and compare quotations, monitor costs and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor contractors' work progress and verify standards of completed works.
• Maintain maintenance schedules, equipment inventories and service records.
• Monitor housekeeping, pest control and waste disposal; report unsafe conditions.
• Support workplace safety inspections, audits and compliance related to facility management.
• Monitor maintenance requests and follow up on outstanding issues until completion.
• Assist in facility improvement projects, renovations and space planning.
• Assist with facility budgets, maintenance reports and invoices.
