Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Facility and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance of production machines and building systems at our Woodlands Walk site in Singapore.

The role involves planning preventive maintenance, supervising technicians, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with production teams and vendors to manage repairs, inventory, and costs, while upholding MOM and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• NITEC or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance or facilities management experience in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machines, electrical systems, HVAC, and facility equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
• Oversee general facility upkeep, cleanliness, and safety.
• Coordinate with production teams, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance and repair works.
• Assist in supervising maintenance technicians and monitoring work quality.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, ISO requirements, and MOM standards.
• Monitor spare parts inventory, procurement, and maintenance costs.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager / supervisor.
