Job summary

Illumina Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations & Maintenance professional to support manufacturing and related areas in APAC. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and coordination of PMs with vendors to ensure uninterrupted production.

You will maintain critical systems such as RO/DI water, HVAC, and electrical/mechanical infrastructure, generate RCA reports, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with EH&S and site teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to be on 24-hour standby.
• Rotating 12 hours’ shift support if required.
• Basic proficiency of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to generate simple reports.
• Committed and a good team player.
• Ability to work independently and with all levels.
• Ability to interface professionally with all levels of the company.

Responsibilities

• Operation of Facilities equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of RO/DI water system, HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Execute Work order planner role and scheduling for PMs.
• Liaise with vendors for PMs per Master List.
• Supervise maintenance activities as per schedule and attend interruptions.
• Troubleshoot operations/equipment issues and support manufacturing areas.
• Contribute to O&M improvement projects and change control.
• Execute MMS work orders and document changes.
• Monitor building management and EMS systems and audit readiness.
• Lead with problem solving and RCA reporting, mentor team members.
