Job summary

Illumina Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Facilities Operations & Maintenance professional to support manufacturing areas, including RO/DI water systems, HVAC, electrical, and related infrastructure.

You will maintain databases for O&M, assist EH&S groups, coordinate PMs, work orders, and vendors, and generate RCA reports while driving improvements and ensuring safe, smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work on 24-hour standby.
• Rotating 12-hour shift availability.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Operate facilities equipment and perform PMs/CMs.
• Maintain RO/DI water, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Plan and execute work orders and PM schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors for PMs and parts.
• Support audits and document control activities.
