Job summary

A leading genomic technology company is seeking a Facilities Operations Lead in Singapore. You will manage a team in executing maintenance for facilities including HVAC systems and perform troubleshooting for operations. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience and a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Responsibilities include scheduling maintenance, supervising activities, and ensuring safety compliance. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Availability for 24-hour standby.
• Ability to perform rotating 12-hour shift support if required.

Responsibilities

• Operation of Facilities equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Facilities systems.
• Execute and close maintenance work orders.

Skills

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word

Basic proficiency in Excel

Education
