Job summary

ILLUMINA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Facilities Operations & Maintenance professional to support manufacturing areas, warehouses, and related infrastructure.

The role includes hands-on maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and water systems, plus administrative tasks for EH&S and PM coordination with vendors. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in facilities, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to generate RCA reports.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant facilities/maintenance experience.
• Willingness to standby 24 hours.
• Willingness to rotate 12-hour shifts if required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate simple reports.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Able to interface with all levels professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and RCA reporting capability.

Responsibilities

• Operate facilities equipment and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and water systems.
• Plan, schedule and execute PMs per master list.
• Liaise with vendors for PM scheduling.
• Monitor Building Management System (BMS) and EMS.
• Support audits and daily log recording.
• Assist in maintenance service contracts and spares management.
• Lead small improvement programs and RCA reporting.
• Assist in plant shutdown planning.
