Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices is seeking a Sr Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations across the APAC portfolio in Singapore. You will develop policies, preventive maintenance programs and monitor onsite performance to optimize workplace environments and site services.

The role requires knowledge of codes and regulations, construction supervision, and strong customer service orientation with superb stakeholder engagement across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management across multi-site regional portfolio.
• Strong stakeholder relationship building and communication skills.
• Knowledge of building infrastructure systems, energy, sustainability, and EHS programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets for the APAC portfolio with detailed variance reporting.
• Provide technical/design oversight for mechanical/electrical infrastructure projects in a semiconductor R&D environment.
• Coordinate with landlords and GRE to manage planning and project requirements.
• Deliver safe, compliant, cost-effective workplace environments and services across sites.
