Job summary

Illumina Singapore invites an experienced Facilities Lead to oversee maintenance and operations in manufacturing and related areas. You will manage a team, coordinate PMs, work requests, and vendor activities while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, RCA reporting, and the ability to guide others through complex tasks with minimal guidance. A strong foundation in electrical/HVAC and maintenance planning is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Able to be on 24-hour standby and rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Able to interface with all levels of the company in a professional manner.
• Able to generate simple reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operation of Facilities equipment.
• Perform hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance of Facilities systems such as RO/DI water, HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Execute work order planner role and calendar PMs per Master List.
• Plan and schedule Equipment/System PM per Master List.
• Liaise with vendors for scheduling PMs.
• Supervise maintenance activities per schedule and respond to interruptions.
• Support manufacturing and related areas to uphold environment safety.
• Participate in Facilities Change Control (FCC) site assessments and requirements.
• Lead in establishing Predictive Maintenance based on Life Cycle plans.
• Identify, procure, and manage critical spares for Equipment/System.
