Job summary

St Engineering in Singapore invites applications for an Executive, EFM on a 2-year contract, based in Paya Lebar, East region. You will plan, supervise and ensure quality of M&E preventive maintenance including fire protection, lifts and cooling systems.

You must have a Diploma in Facilities Management or ME/CE, be resourceful, and capable of independent work; driving license is preferred. You will monitor utilities, enforce safety, and respond to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Resourceful and able to work independently.
• Class 2/3 Driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise contractors for M&E preventive maintenance (Fire protection, Lift, Cooling tower, Air Con, pump).
• Plan and supervise contractors for building services (cleaning, landscaping, waste management, renovation).
• Troubleshoot faults and carry out corrective maintenance (e.g., replace light tubes, install power points).
• Conduct daily routine inspection for building/M&E facilities.
• Record meter readings to monitor electricity/water consumption.
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety requirements.
• Raise PR for works/services by contractors/vendors.
• Perform acceptance of services completed by contractor (e.g., pest control, grass cutting).
• Respond to emergency calls after office hours (power failure, fire incident).
