Job summary

Frasers Property is seeking a Facilities Management professional in Singapore to manage building maintenance, preventive plans, tenancy and CAPEX works. You will oversee service providers, audits, and tenant interfaces to ensure smooth operations and compliant facilities.

The role requires a degree/diploma in Building Services or Facilities Management, 3–5 years’ experience in retail mall management, and familiarity with SAP, Ariba and AutoCAD. Singapore-based on-site position.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous, highly organized with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Attend to tenants’ feedback and requests on operations.
• Ensure optimal plant/equipment operations and performance.
• Oversee expiry dates of term contracts, permits, certificates and renew before expiry.
