Job summary

MINISTRY OF TENTAGE & EVENTS RENTAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic Admin & Facilities Executive to manage assets, vehicles, tools, and documentation from our Woodlands site.

You will coordinate with project and HR teams and support operations with on-site deployment and emergency readiness. The role requires 2+ years in a related field in Singapore, familiarity with PTW submissions and safety logs, and a proactive, organized approach with 24/7 availability for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years experience in a related field in Singapore.
• Familiar with PTW submissions, safety training logs, inventory tracking.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License (useful for property/vehicle tasks).
• Resourceful, well-organised and takes initiative.
• Responsive and reachable 24/7 in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Fleet & machinery management: oversee vehicles, log maintenance, and safety cert schedules.
• Tool & asset inventory control: issue/withdraw tools and uniforms during onboarding and deployment.
• Site paperwork & training records: maintain logs, PTW, risk assessments, and worker data.
• Tenancy & field support: oversee tenancy agreements and assist with site visits and medical/admin tasks.
